NewsAugust 2006 -Air One, Inc. will be conducting live demonstrations of our rotary atomizer at the WHEN Expo at the York Fairgrounds in York, PA August 15th and 16th. Air One recently completed an installation at a C&D processing facility in Southern, New Jersey. The system incorporated a medium pressure nozzle system and two rotary atomizers to suppress dust within the confines of the 24,000-square foot 650-ton per day processing facility. The system's maximum water output is 4-gpm and adjustable down to 1.5-gpm. Air One most recently completed the installation of a roadway dust suppression system at an aggregates processing facility in Plymouth, MA. The system installed treats 1/2-mile of roadway surfaces throughout a 50-acre + site. The system also incorporates two rotary atomizers and a medium pressure nozzle system to suppress dust associated with eth on-site hot mix asphalt and bituminous concrete batching plants. Air One finishes installation of hybrid dust suppression systems at two state-of-the-art cdd facilities in Massachusetts. March 2006 - Taunton, Massachusetts - Air One provided a mobile rotary atomizer to Waste Management of Taunton, Massachusetts to assist in the control of fugitive odors associated with the landfilling of municipal solid waste at this 500-ton per day solid waste landfill. Air One is also providing odor neutralizing agents to be used in the mobile atomizer. See Slideshow and QuickTime Movie March 2006 - Hydrogen sulfide neutralizing agents Testing underway. Air One is working with several entities to create an effective system to reduce the creation of hydrogen sulfide associated with the breakdown of gypsum wallboard in C&D fines and residuals materials. Air One will be testing systems at several C&D processing facilities throughout Massachusetts. February 2006 - Taunton, Massachusetts - Air One was chosen to install a dust suppression system within a 32,000-square foot construction and demolition debris processing facility owned by New England Recycling in Taunton, Massachusetts. Air One installed a high pressure misting system complimented with rotary atomizers to control fugitive dust that will be associated with the handling and processing of C&D waste at this 300-ton per day processing facility. See Slideshow and QuickTime Movie December 2005 - Ware, Massachusetts - Air One was chosen to install a dust suppression system within a 38,000-square foot construction and demolition debris processing facility owned by ABC&D Recycling in Ware, Massachusetts. Air One installed a high pressure misting system complimented with rotary atomizers to control fugitive dust that will be associated with the handling and processing of C&D waste at this 750-ton per day processing and rail haul facility.
